What we have done

Euroinox contributed to the creation of the poolside restaurant of one of the world's most exclusive hotels. On the strength of its involvement by Picariello Invest, Euroinox made itself available to the client and the chef to study suitable technical solutions to meet the kitchen's operational needs and logic. The result was an open space kitchen, in view of the Quisisana's exclusive clientele.

Bridge superstructures appropriately anchored to the ceiling, impose themselves above unique work surfaces, welded in place, defining large operational work surfaces for the entire chef's brigade. Frontally, there is a shaped pass for hot and cold dish plating and as many bridge superstructures appropriately designed and shaped to accommodate fresh seedlings to adorn dishes and support a salamander, as well as to define additional support surfaces.
