The term Front of House, often abbreviated under FOH, refers to all the activities and areas of a venue where the main interaction with guests takes place. It is the business card and the showcase of the identity of a place, which is why it is extremely important in the conception and planning phases. Our FOH designs find, in their extremely carefully realised design, the best way to leave their mark and express the personality of our customers.

If we think about the “Front of House” as a stage, the “Back of House”, abbreviated BOH, is the back stage and it refers to all the areas and activities that customers do not see, even if those are the beating heart of a venue. For most restaurants, BOH is about the kitchen, but it also includes all areas not exposed to the public, where the greatest contact with food takes place.
