different combinations of pizza counters that vary in width, depth and the type of refrigeration (autonomous or remote control) and also in the number and dimensions of drawers destined to contain the pizza dough at ambient temperature. It is possible to personalize the pizza counters given the modularity of the elements and these items are generally kept in stock as we know many of our clients require them immediately.
The counters can be classified as follows:
- Refrigerated counters , available in 1 to 4 door models and designed to contain 400x600 mm trays. The same capacity is guaranteed for both the 800 mm and 700 mm depth counters. The 700 mm depth counters are ideal where the available space is limited.
- The chest of drawers constructed entirely in 304 AISI (18/10 Cr Ni) stainless steel is available with different combinations of drawers (2, 3+1 large drawer, 7) and for wich side the baking trays are inserted (500-700 mm).

- The worktop, in 30 mm thick “Rosa Beta” granite, which represent the one most requested, come with back and side upstand to contain the flour, other types of granite and/or special dimensions are available on request.
- The refrigerated GN bowls holders which are generally positioned near the oven are all tropicalized (they work to an ambient temperature of 43°C). They are available in 36 models which vary in width (from 1450 to 2450 mm) depth (for ½ GN and 1/1 GN) position of the compressor (on the right or left depending on the position of the oven) and functioning (autonomous or predisposed for a centralized compressor)
