The traditional separation of preparation areas with masonry walls does not only offer very little flexibility in the variation of the layout and flows of a kitchen. It also makes it difficult, and hence costly, to do any work on equipment below floor level. Euroinox, with the EWALLUTION system, has found a way to overcome those problems, ensuring maximum flexibility if the flows in the kitchen change, with now need for construction work. In addition to providing a continuous floor surface that is easier to clean, it also makes work quicker since the panels are movable.
Structural Elements
The structural elements are designed to ensure the utmost flexibility and modularity, depending on various needs and the amount of available space. Made with extra-thick material in
order to ensure sturdiness, they are provided with all necessary fixtures: cable passageways, wall and ceiling fasteners and joints between modules. The range also includes end pieces, corner pieces and T-joined elements.
